Because it is nearly winter and an abysmal day, I have elected to display an image from one of my home town's three tourist attractions: the Anderson Japanese Gardens. This is a spring shot, usually considered the best time to see the garden, though I must say that summer is very nice as well. This, the imposition of the imagination and design of human beings on nature to bring about ideal effects, has to be pretty close to some definition of art.
